Do you offer phone support?

Yes, we do offer phone support Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm EST.We also offer email support and help desk ticket support via the website which both are monitored 24/7.

Which plan should I choose?

Choosing the right plan depends on what you are trying to achieve and the level of support you will need. If you have a small website that will require only a few changes per month, then the Basic plan should be perfect for you.  However, if you have a larger website with blog updates, a store front with product additions or changes, or a website where you need to update your content on a regular basis, then the Plus or Premium per month plan will be a better fit.  Of course if you need more than five hours we can always customize a plan to fit you needs.Give us a call and we can sit down and do a free estimate for you.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, we have three plans available for you to choose, depending on thelevl of support you will need.  If your needs outgrow your current plan, you can always upgrade to the next available plan.  If your needs go beyond our current offering, we can also do custom plans tailored for your needs.  If you ever have questions on which plan just let us know and we will do a free estimate for you.


Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel any time during the first 30 days. After the 31 day we require a one year commitment.  However, we do have no commitment plans available as well.  Just give us a call at 484-534-9515 or email us at support@montcoweb.com and let us know that you wish to cancel.  If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your money.  We do not offer refunds beyond the first 30 days of service.

Does your website designs work on mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)?

Yes.  Ensuring that your business can work on mobile devices is important to the success of a business.  We ensure that all of the websites that we design not only are able to work across all browser types, but are able to work across all types of mobile devices.

Do you use a Conetent Management System (CMS)?

Yes, we use WordPress as the CMS for all of our website designs.  We do this to give you an easy to use interface in order for you to add pages, change images, and add content with ease and without having to hire an additional web developer.  Also by having all of our support staff support one type of CMS systems means we can work on, and manage your website faster and more reliable, saving you money.

How long will it take to build my website?

It depends on the size of the website along with your requirements, but usually it takes us about two to three weeks to complete the first round draft of the site.

Do you offer web hosting?

Yes, we offer high quality, secure web hosting at no extra costs to all of our clients.  If you wish to switch your web hosting over to our servers, send a ticket to support@montcoweb.com and submit your request or call us at 484-534-9514.
